We ask all customers to contact us by any of the following methods:
- Use the "SUPPORT" button in the HUD.
- Use the support bell at the office.
- Use the "CONTACT US" button on this website.
- Send a message in the customers group. (Not recommended if you need fast help from a Gaia Streams Official)
We do not recommend that you reach out in the customer group if you need specific help from an official.
The customers group is meant for us to easilly comminicate messages to all of our customers, as well as for customers to help each other.
Options 1 - 3 is the same as sending us an email, but faster.
We are not always able to be online and inworld, so IM's and notecards can be missed or capped.
All emails are forwarded to our cellphones so that we can reply to you even when we are not currently inworld.
PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR MAIL ACCOUNT WHEN YOU CONTACT US, AS WE WILL REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL IF WE ARE UNABLE TO COME INWORLD AND YOUR ISSUE IS URGENT!
Normal responsetime is 0 2 hours, however, we, just like you, are humans with RL lifes.
Sometimes RL interferes in ways that we can not help, but we will answer ALL support issues ASAP!
