Compensations
Even though we aim for 24/7 services with 99.9% uptime, there are times when we fail.
Somethimes there are unforseen circumstances which gives service outages that we can not control.
If we need to conduct maintenance on a server, we will let our customers know about it ASAP with repeated messages.
In those rare cases when service outages has occured, we will compensate the customer(s) that has been affected according to the following table:
Up to one hour | No compensation |
Up to 2 hours | 1 day compensation |
Up to 6 hours | 3 days compensation |
Up to 12 hours | 7 days compensation |
More than 12 hours | 14 days compensation |
